But many people don't know that there may be a better choice for their needs. Given the huge success, we decided to compare the F17 Pro with its main competitor from BBK Electronics in the same price segment. For this comparison, we have chosen Live V20 и Realm 7because they offer very interesting features at a similar price.

Design
As mentioned above, OPPO F17 Pro is one of the thinnest and lightest devices of the year. But there is another device with similar specs, as thin as the OPPO F17 Pro, and even the same in weight: the Vivo V20. At first glance, the F17 Pro might look a little prettier thanks to its perforated display and great color options, but the Vivo V20 has better materials, including a glass back. With polycarbonate, you get more durability, but the glass back is definitely more elegant. Realme 7 is thicker and heavier, so it loses in comparison in design. In addition, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and on the Vivo V20 and F17 Pro you get an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Display
The OPPO F17 Pro and Vivo V20 offer superior displays over the Realme 7. We're talking about AMOLED panels, not a simple IPS display. OPPO F17 Pro has a better panel offering higher brightness and Super AMOLED technology. But the Vivo V20 remains a great phone in terms of display when considering its affordable price. Realme 7 does not have an AMOLED display, but has a refresh rate of 90Hz. As mentioned above, the F17 Pro and Vivo V20 are equipped with an in-display biometric sensor for easier authentication.
Hardware / software
Vivo V20 offers the best hardware. It runs on the Snapdragon 720G mobile platform built at 8nm and paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. We give the silver medal to Realme 7 with Mediatek Helio G95 processor and 8 GB of RAM. OPPO F17 Pro is weaker with Helio P95 and 8GB of RAM. The maximum onboard storage you can get with Realme 7 and OPPO F17 Pro is 128GB. The Realme 7 and OPPO F17 Pro run Android 10 out of the box, while the Vivo V20 is based on Android 11.
Camera
Despite the fewer sensors, the Vivo V20 has a better main camera on the back with 64MP resolution. Plus, it has the best selfie camera with a stunning 44MP resolution. The Vivo V20 wins the camera phone comparison. The OPPO F17 Pro comes straight out of the box with the same 48MP quad camera as the Realme 7, but it has a better front camera department, including a 16 + 2MP dual front camera. Looking at the rear only, with the Realme 7 and OPPO F17 Pro you get exactly the same camera specs, so the shots don't have to be so different. Even the software is similar, so whatever you choose, you get a decent and similar camera quality.
Battery
The battery life champion of the trio is the Realme 7, simply because it has a larger battery. Its components are less efficient compared to the Vivo V20, but it still lasts longer because it houses a large 5000mAh battery. You get just 4000mAh with the Vivo V20 and OPPO F17 Pro, but you can charge the Vivo V20 faster with 33W fast charging technology.
Price
Realme 7 sells for Rs. 14 ($ 999) in India in base configuration with 200GB RAM and 4GB internal storage OPPO F64 Pro has a listing price of Rs. $ 17 ($ 25) is configured with 990GB of RAM and 352GB of internal storage, and the Vivo V8 costs Rs. $ 128 ($ 20) in the same memory configuration. If you are looking for the longest battery life possible, the Realme 24 is the best phone for you. But OPPO F990 Pro and Vivo V338 offer an AMOLED display! Vivo V7 has a better hardware department and better cameras than OPPO F17 Pro. Plus, it offers Android 20 out of the box. Despite the huge popularity of OPPO F20 Pro, I personally chose the Vivo V17 because its value for money is slightly higher and the specs are slightly better. I wouldn't choose Realme 11 because of its IPS display, but it can save you a lot of money.
