Earlier, on July 30, 2020, Huawei released its latest series of MateBook laptops. The new laptops, MateBook D 14 and MateBook D 15, are equipped with the latest AMD Ryzen 4000 series processors.
MateBook D 14
The Huawei MateBook D 14 is the company's latest addition to the 14-inch laptop. It features a 1080p display with minimal bezels at the top and corners at the sides. The D 14 is 15,9mm thick and weighs just 1,38kg. This makes it a very portable ultrabook. Inside the Ryzen 5 4500U or Ryzen 7 4700U processor is a laptop with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage in both variants.
MateBook D 15
Display size aside, Huawei's MateBook D 15 is nearly identical to its 14-inch counterpart. It also features a 1080p bezel-less display and has a Ryzen 5 4500U or Ryzen 7 4700U processor. Storage is also offered with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage, and the laptop itself is slightly thicker at 16,9mm and slightly heavier at 1,53kg.
Prices and more
Both laptop models come with Fn + P enabled and support Huawei sharing, touch connection, allow users to make smartphone calls and access documents, and use mobile apps after pairing / screen mirroring. Here are the prices for the new Ultrabooks:
