One of the pre-loaded phone apps is an internet browser. While most Android phones ship with Google Chrome, there are manufacturers that also include their own browsers or third-party browsers.
Phone owners usually have a specific browser that they prefer, which does not come with the device, but which they continue to download after setting up the phone.
