The Chinese smartphone maker is gearing up to unveil its long-awaited Realme 9 series smartphones in 2022. Now, these upcoming smartphones have started appearing on data certification websites. During the recently concluded Realme 8s and 8i launch event, Realme announced that the upcoming mid-range will become official next year.
Moreover, the company has stated that the Realme 9 series smartphones will have a “fantastic mass processor” under the hood. Unfortunately, Realme did not release details about the processor. Rumors have it that Realme has pushed back the launch date for the Realme 9 series, citing the current chip and the global semiconductor shortage. Many other mobile phone manufacturers have suffered from shortages. As a result, Realme has released several products with the same chipset.
Realme 9 Pro Plus appears in the IMEI database
On October 23, renowned leader Mukul Sharma tweeted a screenshot of what he says is a listing of the IMEI database of the Realme 9 Pro Plus smartphone. The upcoming phone carries the model number RMX3393. According to the report 91mobiles, The aforementioned device boasts higher specs than other Realme 9 smartphones. In other words, it will offer better specs than Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 smartphones.

Unfortunately, details on the Realme 9 Pro Plus hardware, price and availability are still scarce. However, the phone seems to be there. Realme confirmed last month that its upcoming numbered series, the Relame 9 series, will hit store shelves sometime next year.
