Realme Pad Teaser Reveals Key Details!

RealmePad

Realme has confirmed that the Realme Pad will support MediaTek's Helio G80 chipset, which is slated to launch on September 9 in India. This SoC has been used in some Realme and Redmi 9 Prime devices.

Additional information is related to the display. Teasers have revealed that the Realme Pad will use a 10,4-inch display with a 2000 x 1200 resolution. This display will have a screen-to-body ratio of 82,5% due to the thick bezels around the display. The tablet is 6,9mm thick.

Realme also recently confirmed that the tablet will draw power from a massive 7mAh battery with fast charging support. The optics will be processed through a single rear camera and a front camera, both of which have 100MP sensors.

The cameras will differ in one point, which is autofocus, as the rear camera will maintain autofocus versus fixed focus for the front shot.

In terms of storage, the tablet will come with at least 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage and will come in LTE and Wi-Fi options. It will likely run Realme UI 2.0 on top of Android 11 out of the box.

What else is Realme working on?

Realm GT Neo2

In other Realme-related news, the Chinese Weibo account has finally confirmed the existence of the Realme GT Neo2. As discussed earlier, in some markets it will likely be called Realme GT Neo Gaming.

This probably includes India, where the original GT Neo arrived as the Realme X7 Max 5G. We don't think Realme will launch the Neo2 in a country where there was no first model. It will likely arrive in India under the Realme GT Neo Gaming moniker. On the other hand, the Chinese market is likely to receive a device with the original name Realme GT Neo2.

The Realme GT Neo2 is rumored to have a 6,62-inch Full HD + display with 120Hz resolution. Under the hood, the phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset with support for up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage.
