Meizu 18 Series will receive 2K + 120Hz mode via OTA update

Meizu demonstrated that some features that some manufacturers might call hardware limitations can be enabled through a software update. For example, in last year's Meizu 17 и Meizu 17 Pro the refresh rate has been increased from 90 Hz to 120 Hz through a software update. Now Meizu is about to do a similar trick with the Meizu 18 series.

У Meizu 18 and the Meizu 18 Pro has 2K displays with a 120Hz refresh rate, but unfortunately you cannot set the maximum resolution (QHD +: 3200x1440) and also the refresh is set to 120Hz. This changes with the OTA update that Meizu is working on.
