According to a publication citing the Weibo media foundation, the Xperia Ace 2 will only be available through Docomo. Hence, it is expected that there will be a limited edition in the country. Just as the Xperia Ace was only available in Japan, the Xperia Ace 2 is unlikely to be sold outside the domestic market.

The Xperia Ace 2 will be a compact 5,5-inch smartphone. A CAD rendering of the phone revealed that it has a waterdrop notch display and a large chin. On the back of the smartphone is a vertical camera module with two cameras and an LED flash.
