OnePlus confirmed today that it will launch the OnePlus 9 series on March 23rd. The launch will reportedly take place at 10:00 am ET. However, ahead of launch, the company had already confirmed that the OnePlus 9 series will ship with a charger inside the box.
OnePlus founder and CEO Pete Lau disclosed this information in comments on the OnePlus Community Forums. Pete posted a teaser last week hinting at the launch of the OnePlus 9 series and a partnership with camera giant Hasselblad. In this post, a user commented: "New phones start WITHOUT CHARGING."
To which Pete replied, “ Do not worry about it. The charger is in our box. " This information is in line with earlier leaks, and unless there is any new technology, the devices should come with a Warp 65W charger inside the box.
