New posters confirm the display specifications of the Redmi K40 series

Ahead of next week's release of the episode Redmi K40 Redmi released several official posters confirming some of the features of future phones. Several images posted on Weibo by the brand's general manager, Lu Weibing, highlight the characteristics of the new phones' displays.

Redmi K40 display

Flat, E4 AMOLED, 120Hz and others

The Redmi K40 will have a flat display, but not any other. Redmi claims the phone's display is one of the best in the industry. It is an E4 AMOLED screen with higher peak brightness, lower power consumption and better picture quality than the previous generation.

Lu Weibing revealed in his post that all models of the Redmi K40 series will have not only this high quality E4 AMOLED screen, but also a 120Hz refresh rate. This means that whether you buy the standard or professional model, you get a 120Hz AMOLED display.

Another poster focuses on the diameter of the centered perforation. The poster features a grain of rice, red beans, mung bean and sesame seeds. Sesame seeds are on average 2 mm in size, and the hole punch is about the same size as sesame seeds.

Redmi has already said that the K40 series will have the smallest hole in the world, and the phone that currently bears this title is Vivo sxnumx, the hole size of which is 2,98 mm.

The latest poster shows the phone's display fingerprint scanner, which should be next-generation, faster and with a larger area.

The Redmi K40 series will be unveiled on February 25 in China. They will be equipped not only with impressive displays, but also with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.
