Fitbit smartwatches and trackers are now on Google Store shelves

Google last month announced the acquisition of fitness wearer maker Fitbit after months of speculation. After purchase, some of the brand's wearables are now sold in the Google Store.

Fitbit watches and trackers are listed alongside Google Pixels and Nest hardware and can be purchased directly from the Google Store. There are currently four Fitbit products on the Google Store, including Fitbit Sense, Versa 3, Inspire 2, and Fitbit Charge 4. The smartwatch is sold exclusively in the US.

Regardless of what they are on the Google Store, smartwatches are still sold on Fitbit in the store, as well as other retailers. Prices are still hovering from $ 329 and below, which is in line with prices on other channels. On the positive side of the Google Store listing, consumers are now able to buy these products as well as buy unlocked Pixel smartphones and even fund a purchase with the same funding option. fitbit

The Fitbit Versa 3 is even listed on the Google Store homepage alongside the new Nest thermostat and Google Pixel Buds. The store even got an exclusive Fitbit product tab on the top bar that redirects users directly to the product page. The store redesign includes a banner about Google's acquisition of Fitbit and leads to Fitbit's landing page.

Google has also included some outbound links to the Fitbit Store for other products not listed in the Google Store, such as watch bands and chargers, the Aria Air smart scale, and the Fitbit Premium Monthly Service.
