Back in November 2020, Indian smartphone maker Micromax returned with two new models called IN Note 1 and IN 1b. Until now, these phones were only available through the website of the company and its official online partner. Flipkart ... But the firm recently started selling them offline in some states in the country.
While Indian smartphone shoppers preferred online channels in the last quarter, offline has always been more than the first. Consequently, all internet-only brands always turn to offline channels a few quarters after they go to market.
Thus, for Micromax it's important to introduce your IN Note 1 and IN 1b to offline retailers so that more customers can experience the phones. Fortunately, the company has already started working on this issue.
A few weeks ago, the company began selling its new smartphones offline in six states, namely Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Assam, Nagaland and Tripura. The company announced earlier today that its latest offerings are now available in Karnataka. For this reason, the company has partnered with Simtel Mobile Planet, Roshini Mobiles and Vinod Enterprises.
This means that if you live in any of these seven states in India, you can get new Micromax phones from any local retailer, if available.
For those not using software, the Micromax IN Note 1 costs £ 10 for the 999GB + 4GB version and £ 64 for the 12GB + 499GB version. On the other hand, the Micromax IN 4b costs £ 128 and £ 1 for 6GB + 999GB and 7GB + 999GB respectively.
However, it's worth noting that the offline price may be slightly higher than the online price, although the firm hasn't mentioned this.
