MIMO C1, the world's first 2-in-1 electric cargo scooter, launched on Indiegogo

Electric scooters are gradually gaining popularity as part of some people's daily commute in major cities around the world. But using an electric scooter usually has its limitations, especially if you need to carry some kind of load, such as a grocery bag. Singapore-based startup Mimo has released a product that solves this problem.

Dubbed the Mimo C1, the electric scooter has a unique design that includes a convenient storage basket at the front of the scooter while maintaining a wide, non-slip surface for the rider's feet. The scooter also has a foldable design that allows the user to fold the rear, thus making it a simple cart.

In terms of configuration, the MIMO C1 has a built-in lithium battery and has a range of 15 to 25 kilometers (9 to 16 miles). The e-scooter can also reach speeds of up to 25 kilometers per hour (16 mph).

The Mimo C1 has a net weight of 17 kg (37 lb) without basket. It can carry a maximum weight of 120kg (265lb) and a maximum load weight of 70kg (154lb).

The Mimo C1 electronic scooter costs $ 1300 per Indiegogo... After crowdfunding, the price will likely start at $ 1806. If crowdfunding is successful, scooter deliveries are expected to begin in August this year.
