OPPO and Samsung to start production of smartphones in Turkey soon

Some companies have tried to expand their production facilities and diversify them. Accordingly, the Chinese OPPO and South Korean giant Samsung will begin manufacturing smartphones in Turkey.

OPPO entered the Turkish market some time ago and the company is now ready to start production in two plants, one in Istanbul and the other in the northwestern province of Kocaeli. It is expected to be operational next month.

It is noteworthy that the company will carry out the entire production process at these two locations, not just installation work. According to in the report, the necessary procedures were completed, and the company invested $ 50 million to start.

Since the devices are manufactured in Turkey, the company will export some of its smartphone models to other regions. The European market seems to be the main focus for this, as the company already has several operations in Asia.
