Real images of Huawei Nova 8 appear on the net a week before launch

Since the launch date of the Huawei Nova 8 was announced, we have encountered many leaks. Ahead of the December 23 event, it looks like everything about the device will be revealed. A recent leak shares real images of the Nova 8 non-Pro in green.

Digital Chat Station Tipster Reveals Real Image Of Smartphone As ITHome Reports Huawei Nova 8. Accordingly, the Nova 8 will have a 6,57-inch FHD+ OLED display. The display will have a 90Hz refresh rate and likely a resolution of 2560×1080 pixels. Interestingly, the live image he posted shows a single punch-hole screen.

This leak confirms an early spec report that said the Nova 8 will have a 90Hz OLED screen with 1 billion colors. Anyway, in the new ITHome report submitted more images of the Nova 8. It shows the green back of the Nova 8 with an oval camera module.

Earlier today, a leaked render showed a similar module that goes well with this leak. The module has an LED flashlight and four sensors, of which the first is quite large. As you can see below, it has a white ring around it and the words “AI QUAD CAMERA” and “ULTRA HD SENSOR”. In addition, there is a “nova” logo and a Huawei logo at the bottom.

Nova 8, 8 Pro camera specifications (pending)

Also, the tipster says the hole in the Nova 8 is about 4mm and is the same as the Huawei Mate40... However, the difference here is that the hole punch moves to the center rather than the top left position at the latter. In addition, it also confirms that the Nova 8 series will have two devices.

This is because a previously leaked poster showed a device with a two-hole screen, which is likely the Nova 8 Pro with two cameras. By the way, the technical characteristics of the cameras of the Nova 8 series will be almost the same in contrast to their predecessors, Nova 7 и 7 Pro... On the back, both devices will have a primary 64MP, 8MP ultra-wide and two 2MP sensors (probably macro, depth).

On the other hand, the Nova8 will have a single 32MP selfie shooter, while the Nova 8 Pro will have dual 32MP and 16MP sensors. Other suggested specifications include Kirin 985 SoC, 66W SuperCharge technology, and a rumored starting price of 3000 yuan ($458) for the Nova 8 and 4000 yuan ($611) for the 8 Pro. Let's wait for the official launch to find out more.
