Many reports have stated that OPPO announces the Reno5 series of smartphones in December. Supposed smartphones Reno5G and Reno5 Pro 5G appeared in the TENAA database with full specs and images. Unlike its predecessors, the upcoming Reno5 series will have a third model with flagship features. Will likely fail as Reno5 Pro + 5G. New rumors suggest Reno5 will exit cover on December 10th. Also, a new leak ( via) with the Reno5, Reno5 Pro and Reno5 Pro + specifications has appeared on Weibo to reveal their capabilities.
OPPO Reno5 Series Specifications (Unconfirmed)
The leak reveals that the Reno5 has a 6,43-inch AMOLED display, while the Reno5 Pro and Reno5 Pro + feature 6,55-inch AMOLED panels with curved edges. All three phones support 1080p, 90Hz refresh rates, and have a hole in the upper left corner.
Reno5 is powered by Snapdragon 765G chipset, while Reno5 Pro has Dimensity 1000+ SoC. The Snapdragon 865 powers the Reno5 Pro +. All three phones are preinstalled with ColorOS 1 based Android11 11. These phones support 65W fast charging. The leak revealed that the Reno5, Reno5 Pro and Pro + are equipped with 4300mAh, 4350mAh and 4500mAh batteries.

The Reno5 series is equipped with 32MP front-facing cameras. According to the leak, the Reno 5 has a four-camera setup that includes a 64MP Sony IMX686 main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a pair of 2MP lenses.
The Reno5 Pro is equipped with the same quad camera as the original model. The four-camera setup is spearheaded by a mysterious 50MP Sony IMX7X main lens, an ultra-wide angle 1MP lens, a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x optical and 20x digital zoom.
OPPO Reno5 Series Prices (Unconfirmed)
The Reno5, Reno5 Pro and Reno5 Pro + are priced at 2999 Yuan (~ $ 455), 3799 Yuan (~ $ 576), and 4499 Yuan (~ $ 683). Reno5 series color options include Starry Dream, Aurora Blue, Moonlight Black, Star Wish Red and Leather. Following the December 10 announcement, the Reno5 models will go on sale on December 25. The leak says the Reno5 Pro + will not be available for purchase this year.
