In late October, Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Nord N100 and OnePlus Nord N10 5G in Europe. The company has even confirmed that these phones will be sold in the US. But the brand said nothing about Singapore, the region where the latest device has now been announced.
The OnePlus Nord N10 5G was spotted at the Singapore IMDA certification office last week. The phone is now officially launched in the region for S $ 449 ($ 333). The phone will be available at a discounted price of S $ 399 ($ 296) to customers who pre-order it from OnePlus' official flagship store Shopee from November 21-30.
OnePlus Nord N10 5G is the cheapest 5G smartphone in Singapore, unlike Europe. The device has modest specs and will only receive one major upgrade to OxygenOS 11 ] based Android 11 .
It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage. The front of the phone flaunts a 6,49-inch FHD + (1080 × 2400 pixels) IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 16MP punch-hole selfie camera.
The body of the phone is made of plastic, unlike the glass and metal of flagship smartphones OnePlus '. On the back of the phone is an L-shaped quad camera setup consisting of a 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide block, 2MP macro and 2MP monochrome sensor. The back also houses a traditional capacitive fingerprint sensor.
Other features of this device include support for microSD card, dual SIM, SA / NSA 5G, dual band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, dual band GNSS (A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS), accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, compass, stereo speakers, 3,5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C 2.0.
And last but not least: OnePlus North N10 5G runs OxygenOS 10.5 based on Android 10 and is backed by a 4300mAh battery with support for Warp Charge 30T (30W) fast charging.
