As the Piunikaweb (source), the icon pack was checked out by a user named "Pink Leopard elf" on Chinese forums OnePlus... However, the link is not available outside of China, as download requires login and mobile number with country code "+86". However, few forum users OXYGEN were able to quickly access it.
