Logitech has released the MX Anywhere 3, the best-in-class portable wireless business mouse, which will be available for pre-order today. The wireless mouse is priced at $ 79,99.
In terms of design, Anywhere 3 is almost the same as Anywhere 2S, but the non-slip silicone material on the side has been improved. You can do side scrolling with your mouse while pressing one side button and moving the MagSpeed wheel.
The new metal MagSpeed wheel on the wireless mouse enables electromagnetic scrolling on Anywhere 3. The new wheel makes it faster and more accurate than the previous scroll mechanism on Anywhere 2s. The new mouse also features 4000dpi Darkfield technology to help it track any material, even glass, and the wheel has a middle-click feature that you can customize in Logitech Settings.
You can also adjust the scrolling strength in Logitech software, which will increase or decrease the number of lines you feel when scrolling in ratchet mode. By default, the top button toggles between ratchet and ultra-fast scrolling, but like most buttons on MX devices, you can change the action assigned to that button in the options.
All of these features allow you to customize the feel of Anywhere 3 in use, which is good for a mouse you have to use anywhere. The mouse is also rated for 70 days of battery life and charges via USB-C.
