POCO F2 Pro impresses in durability tests

The POCO F2 Pro, the latest flagship smartphone from the Xiaomi-backed brand, was released a few weeks ago and is available for purchase in select regions including the United States, Europe and Malaysia.

Now, the popular YouTube channel JerryRigEverything, which conducts durability tests on smartphones, has released a video of the POCO F2 Pro's durability test, and the device passed the test successfully.

First of all, let's talk about the display. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and in the scratch test, it started to show signs of scratches at level 6 and grooves at level 7. In the burn test, when the screen is burned with a lighter, the pixels turn white on that part after 30 seconds, but recover quickly after a while. time.

In terms of material, the device is built with an aluminum frame and has a glass body that is quite durable. The phone has a pop-up camera, in which the sensor is located behind a sapphire crystal, which has no effect when scratched.

However, the pop-up module for the camera body is made of plastic and is easily scratched. The pop-up mechanism has several fail-safe safes, and its manufacturing method is impressive. After a deliberate attempt to break the pop-up module by hitting it on the table, the slider mechanism stopped working, but it seems that the phone was fixed and accepted after a while.

On the rear panel is a module for four cameras, located in the center of the upper part, which comes out of the case. There were no problems with trying to scratch the screen. As for the bending test, the phone also survived it. Although the phone makes a crackling sound, there were no problems with the screen and the phone case.
