Last week, Redmi released its Redmi 10X series smartphones, which included Redmi 10X 4G, Redmi 10X 5G and Redmi 10X Pro 5G. While the 4G variant went on sale the same day it was announced, the Redmi 10X 5G went on sale in China today.
The smartphone is available in four versions with the base model of 6 GB of RAM + 64 GB with a price of $ 224. A memory model with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB costs $ 252, and a RAM model + 128 GB costs $ 294.
The top-end option, which includes 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, costs $ 336.
Redmi 10X comes in three color options - blue, purple and gold. Please note that only the Redmi 10X went on sale in China today, and the Redmi 10X Pro will be available for purchase in a few days, from June 5th.
The phone has a 6,57-inch display Samsung AMOLED with a screen resolution of Full HD + 2400 × 1080 pixels, HDR10 and a peak brightness of 800 nits. The smartphone also comes with a fingerprint sensor on the screen for added security.
This is the first smartphone in the world based on the recently announced MediaTek Dimensity 820 5G. The device supports dual standby 5G + 5G, which allows you to simultaneously use 5G on both slots of the SIM card at the same time.
As for the camera department, a three-camera installation is provided here, which includes a 48 MP main sensor, an 8 MP wide-angle lens, and a 2 MP depth sensor. On the front side, it is equipped with a 16 megapixel selfie camera.
Redmi 10X 5G launches Android 10 operating system out of the box along with the latest user interface MIUI 12 company. It is powered by a 4 mAh battery with support for fast charging of 520 watts.
