Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) began to play a leading role in the production of semiconductors for smartphones and other gadgets. AnTuTu has published a ranking of the top 10 AI processors in April 2020. 
The rating is based on data collected in its database when comparing smartphones. Thus, the April performance rating includes data collected from April 1 to April 30. The data is based on the average rating of the models and not necessarily the highest rating obtained. The equipment did not release the name of a specific model that made the rating, but only the processors. Where several models use the same processor, data from the most efficient model is recorded. 
The list is dominated by Qualcomm chipsetssince five different US manufacturing processors are in the top 10. The Snapdragon 865 is recognized as the best chipset for artificial intelligence, followed by the Samsung Exynos 990. Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 / 765G, Snapdragon 855+ and Snapdragon 855 rank third to fifth.
The MediaTek Helio G90 is in sixth place, while the Snapdragon 730 / 730G is at number 7. Samsung Exynos 9825 SoC is at number 8, and the premium MediaTek Dimensity 1000L mid-range is at number 9.
Tenth place is a kind of surprise, as Hisilicon Kirin 990 takes 10th place. We can't say why the Kirin 990 worked so bad, given that Huawei flaunts its Kirin chipsets for their AI skill, piloted by Neural Processing. Block (NPU).
