Xiaomi M2003J15SC, suspected as Redmi 10X, appears on GeekBench

The Redmi 10X reportedly appeared on the Google Play console last week, revealing some of the specs and its codename. A Xiaomi model called Xiaomi M2003J15SC and presumably Redmi 10X has appeared on GeekBench.

Redmi 10X

The model appeared in the database on May 11 and is listed to run Android 10. It also features a MediaTek MT6769Z octa-core processor, which is likely the Helio G70 listed earlier on the Google Play console.

This list further confirms the assumption that the Redmi 10X is simply a renamed Redmi Note 9 for the Chinese market. Redmi Note 9 appeared on GeekBench back in March with the same codename Xiaomi Merlin and a MediaTek MT6769V processor. GeekBench pricing is also similar to this new model. The bottom line is that Redmi Note 9 was launched with the Helio G85 chipset. Thus, we cannot be so sure about the Helio G70 SoC on the Chinese version.

We'll have to wait a bit for more details.
