Samsung's unannounced smartphone seen in ads

South Korean giant Samsung recently posted an advertisement for its new smartphones, and the ad shows off the company's unannounced full-screen smartphone running the SmartThings app.

This shows that the smartphone has a full screen display with no notch or cutout for the front camera. This could mean that the phone has a hidden camera tech that the company has been working on for a while.

Upcoming Samsung Full-screen display smartphone

Recently, data on the first Samsung smartphone with a retractable camera function as part of the premium Galaxy A line has leaked online. Thus, the phone shown in the advertisement may be the new Galaxy A Series device with a front-facing camera.

However, the company is getting more information to showcase the flagship smartphone in advertising. Thus, it is likely that this phone is part of the upcoming Galaxy Note 20 series.

Despite the fact that the flagship Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is equipped with camera technology hidden behind the display, new reports claim that the company has scrapped the plan due to supply chain problems with ongoing COVID-19 contamination.

Thus, as already mentioned, the phone can either be the upcoming Galaxy A-series device with a pop-up front camera, or the upcoming flagship in the Galaxy Note 20 line. Or there is a possibility that this phone is completely different. Another point is that such a device from Samsung in the near future will not be, and it was just a dummy device for advertising.

Samsung is expected to launch its flagship Galaxy Note 20 series, as well as its second-generation Galaxy Fold smartphone this summer. Both devices can be started together at the same event. To know for sure, we will have to wait for some confirmation from the company.
