Latest Google Pixel 6 update packages in fitness features for your well-being

Google's latest flagships, the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, are now receiving a new update that includes support for heart rate and respiration tracking, tools that are currently exclusive to Pixel smartphones.

The new features first appeared on Pixel devices in March 2021, but were not available in the Google Fit app on Pixel 6 Pro or vanilla 6 at launch.

Some Google Pixel 6 owners have not received this feature at the time of this writing, but overall this feature , seem to be, will be rolled out to both Pixel 6 and Pixel. 6 Pro devices around the world.

This feature may be in early access, so be wary of any odd results as Google may be working on fixing it, so try not to panic if there is any deviation from the schedule.

If you want to give it a try, you can do so via the Google Fit app, but you'll need to update the app on your Pixel 6 series smartphone for this feature to work.

Google has mentioned that the feature will come to other Android phones as well, but we don't know when we can expect these useful features to come to non-Pixel phones. Users who own a Pixel 3 or 3XL and smartphones released after them can also access these features.
