Day by day, data suggests that the popular messaging service WhatsApp is likely working on a new Community feature, with the first case discovered by XDA developers in October.
So, BetaInfo , known as a news portal linked to WhatsApp, found similar evidence suggesting that the platform is indeed working on this feature.
What does this new WhatsApp community give you?
According to the post, the Communities feature will give group admins more authority on a specific group, which will include the ability to create a group within a group, just like Discord channels.
These new admins will also be able to invite new users using the new community invite link, after which they can send messages to other users. Also, it looks like this is a rather subtle design change that will aim to make the communities look different from regular group chats, with WABetaInfo noting that the community icons will be square, a format that the app accidentally implemented in October 2021.

Thanks to this new feature, you can access your conversations from your PC or from WhatsApp Web even without your smartphone. However, only four devices can be connected to the platform at a time.
What else is the app working on?
This feature was recently made available to WhatsApp Beta users. It is now rolling out to all smartphones thanks to the latest stable update of the app.
This feature is available in the Paired Devices section of the application. You can find it by clicking on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the app.
When you first activate this feature on your device, WhatsApp will show a notification. As a result, you will need to perform a new sign-in with a code sent to your device. After that, you will be able to use WhatsApp without internet connection on your smartphone.
