If you don't think so, you don't belong to Xiaomi mi 10 ultra: it didn't launch globally, but in fact it is better than Mi 10T Pro. Let's find out why the Mi 10 Ultra is more advanced and which one you should choose.

Design

In both the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra and Mi 10T Pro, you get a premium design including a glass back and an aluminum frame. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra looks more elegant thanks to the curved display, but the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro has a smaller camera module.

I personally prefer the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra, but not everyone likes edge-to-edge curved displays. These devices are of high build quality, but despite being flagships, they do not offer any protection against water and dust.

Display

Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro has the highest refresh rate in this comparison ever seen on a phone, but that doesn't mean it has the best display. Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra is actually better because it features an OLED panel instead of an IPS panel like the Mi 10T Pro. You get better picture quality with the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra, as well as higher brightness.

Both support HDR10 +, both are protected by Gorilla Glass 5, and both have the same 6,67-inch diagonal and Full HD + resolution. So the element that matters is the panel technology.

Technical specifications and software

The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra and Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro are powered by the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform, which is actually the best chipset from Qualcomm. Except for the Snapdragon 865+, which delivers a 10% performance boost. The chipset is paired with LPDDR5 RAM and its own UFS 3.1 storage.

The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra wins because it is available in a configuration with 12 GB of RAM, while the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro stops at 8 GB. In addition, you can get more internal storage with the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra: up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra and Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro run Android 10 out of the box, configured with MIUI 12.

Camera

Best camera phone - Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra It lacks the 108MP sensor of the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro, but it has a dual 48MP sensor with a hybrid zoom of up to 120, a 12MP telephoto lens and a 20MP ultra wide lens, as well as dual optical image stabilization.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro lacks the periscope lens and the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra telephoto lens, and it is the worst camera phone that only has a 108MP main sensor, a 13MP super wide camera and 5MP macro photography.

The 108MP sensor on the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is an excellent camera, but thanks to the better secondary sensors, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra can take better photos in many situations. This is why the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra also wins in the camera comparison.

Battery

The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro has a larger battery than the Mi 10 Ultra: 5000 mAh versus 4500 mAh. But this does not necessarily mean that the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro will last longer than the Mi 10 Ultra on a single charge. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra has a more efficient display thanks to OLED technology and a lower refresh rate.

Therefore, there shouldn't be much difference in battery life between the two phones. Everything changes completely when it comes to charging speed. Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra supports 120W fast charging technology, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.

Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro stops at 33W for wired charging and does not support wireless charging and reverse charging. This is what allows us to award the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra Battery Award.

Price

The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra costs around € 850 / $ 1000 in China, while the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro costs € 600 / $ 700 on the global market. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra is an excellent device from every point of view: it has a better display thanks to OLED technology, a higher memory configuration with up to 12 GB RAM, better cameras thanks to superior secondary sensors and more.

But unfortunately, unlike the Mi 10T Pro, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra will never hit the global market and will remain exclusive to China. While the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra is a top-tier flagship (like the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, which hasn't had much success in the global market), the Mi 10T Pro is more like a flagship killer: two devices belonging to different segments.

The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra is the best Xiaomi device to date and the Mi 10T Pro is one of the Xiaomi phones with the highest value for money.
